Hungry? You can feast for a good cause this weekend! The annual pancake fundraiser for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital is back, put on by Harold and family in Carlton, Minnesota.

Proceeds Benefit St. Jude

The proceeds from this event benefit the kids at St. Jude. The hospital never charges families for anything, including travel, lodging and medical treatments.

Every child referred to St. Jude is facing a life-threatening illness and families get to focus on their child, instead of worrying how they are going to pay for the treatment. It's an amazing cause!

It starts at 8 a.m. and goes until noon. Kids ages five and under eat free. Otherwise, you can feast for a donation of eight bucks. Again, all proceeds go towards a good cause.

This classic pancake breakfast includes delicious flapjacks, sausage, orange juice, fruit and more. Yum! The community really comes together for this event, with local businesses offering items for the cause.

  • John Johnson of Family Tradition Restaurant is providing pancakes, eggs and sausage.
  • Carlton Meat & Grocery is providing fruit.
  • Jake & Mikayla Richardson from B&B Market are providing the milk and juice.

Bernie Hanson and Randy McCuskey helped organize this event, along with Harold and Tara Ankrum and family.

Feast for a good cause! There is nothing better than that. Plus, save the date for the biggest event of them all: Harold's Golf Fiasco on August 24th. It's always a blast where you can golf for the cause.

In March, Harold was honored with his very own brick on the grounds of St. Jude for his contributions to the cause. He has been supporting St. Jude, with the help of his incredible family, for the past two decades. Their events have raised half a million dollars and counting for St. Jude.
