Winter Clothing Drive To Be Held At UMD Parking Lot

It's already that time of year in the Twin Ports where the temps drop down and we all pull out our mittens, hats, coats, and blankets.  The need is there however for those less fortunate to have some or all of those items.  It's especially important for kids and Farmers Insurance-Bonnie J. Jacobson Insurance Agency recognizes that and is holding a drive for those items.

On Saturday, September 21st, at 6:00PM-7:00PM in the UMD Bulldog Football Game parking lot, they will be on-site collecting those needed winter items.  New or gently used and clean items from hats, mittens, gloves, coats, blankets, and scarves will be taken.

So come on out and catch a UMD game on Military Appreciation Night as they take on St. Cloud State at James S. Malosky Stadium in Duluth, and help in the collection of warm items for local kids in need.   You can get more information on this and other collection events here.
