Need A Fall Race After Grandma’s Marathon? Head To Ashland, Wisconsin
Grandma's Marathon is just about a week away. If you're like me, you're starting to get really nervous. You'll do great and when you finish, you'll already be thinking about your next race.
There is an incredible race available later this year, which will help you keep everything you worked so hard for to take part in Grandma's Marathon weekend.
WhistleStop Half Marathon
The WhistleStop Half Marathon takes place in Ashland, Wisconsin and registration is officially open.
Race Details
The race will take place on Saturday, October 12th at 8:30 a.m. There is also a 5K, 10K and full marathon option, along with the option to walk the 5K, 10K or half marathon. Walking the full is not allowed.

The 5K and 10K races kick off half an hour earlier at 8 a.m. From now through July 5th, you can register for the race for about $105 bucks, including fees. Prices go up after that through race day.
This race is stunning, as you travel along the area while looking at the beauty of Chequamegon Bay. Registration closes on Friday, October 4th so if you're interested, make sure you sign up online now.
