We're excited about Bowfest coming again this year to Mont Du Lac Resort in Superior, Wisconsin. It's a four day archery and outdoor music festival and it's gotten pretty big over the years. They anticipate having 10,000 people at the festivities this year.

The festival features 3d archery targets and courses, plus they have everything else Mont Du Lac Resort has to offer like the Big Kahuna Water Park, Tubing, food trucks, vendors, outdoor bars and grills. It's a fun time.

But if you are like me, one of the biggest attractions at the festival is the live music. The headliner this year is Travis Tritt and he takes the Stage on Friday July 23.

We've had some people reach out to us and ask us if we had any inside information on where to park. Some people are under the impression that you need to buy tickets for the whole Bowfest to be able to get parking. That is not the case. People that do purchase bowfest tickets are allowed to park on site. However, you can buy a concert pass online that is considerably cheaper for the weekend and park on an off site location for $10 with a shuttle service provided.

The offsite parking is located at the Lake Superior Fire School 3.5 miles down the road at 11501 Highway 23, Duluth MN. Shuttles will be running to and from the resort from that parking lot.

Music passes are available now for $29.99 that covers the full weekend. The price does go up soon, however to $49.99.

Have fun and enjoy the show. Travis Tritt is one heck of a performer, don't miss it!
