The Humane Society Of Douglas County Is Hosting A Virtual Fundraiser
One Annual event that will not happen in person this year is The Humane Society of Douglas County Paws for Love fundraising event, it is taking places taking place virtually. The auction event is happening now, and will run through Sunday, April 25 at 9 p.m.
According to there website:
Humane Society of Douglas County provides shelter, medical care and adoption services for abandoned, lost and misplaced animals. They provide services for approximately 1,000 animals a year from the city of Superior and Douglas County. HSDC provides humane euthanasia only when behaviorally or medically necessary.
Of course every animal is given immediate medical attention when necessary, are spayed, neutered, and micro chipped. Tickets for the event are free and will have nine full days of online bidding. All proceeds from the 15th Annual Paws For Love event will continue to help provide shelter, medical care and adoption services for animals in need in Douglas County. To bid on an item or for more information click here.
