When it comes to favorite foods, we're a finicky bunch here in Minnesota, and you won't believe which common food has just been named our Most Hated Vegetable.
This last week my wife and I started a weight loss program. Of course with any healthy eating nutritional plan, it requires a lot of fresh vegetables. Cucumbers, lettuce, cabbage, tomatoes, asparagus, chard, spinach, apples, strawberries, etc. are all on the menu. The first time I went through the checkout, I was rather shocked.
