University of Wisconsin-Superior’s Campus Recreation is hosting a triathlon for kids ages 6 to 14 on Saturday, August 11 and the registration deadline is August 3.

Charlie Berens was all set to keep her movin' last Friday at the UWS Langley Thorpe auditorium, but the Husky Oil Refinery changed plans. We now have a new date for the show.

Every year UWS teams up with Douglas County Veterans Service Office for an expo at the campus designed to help veterans. This year it takes place April 24th.

Local colleges and organizations are coming together to bring awareness to global refugees. It's a two part discussion and film series that will take place Sundays April 15th, and 22nd at the Zeitgeist Arts Center at 222 E. Superior Street.

UWS and Bong Veterans Historical Center are teaming up again for the 3rd Annual Camp Bong.  It's a sleepover experience for youth that offers a variety of learning experiences and visit areas usually off limits to the public.  It's been a very popular event in the last few years, so they've separated it to two events...

The University of Wisconsin-Superior is the of home of the Spring 2018 Head of the Lakes Job and Internship Fair on Thursday, March 1.

A 5k fundraiser is coming up at the end of the month at the UWS Campus. It's called "Running For Our Heroes," and it's being organized by the UWS Veterans and Non Traditional Student Center. Proceeds from the run will benefit Douglas County Soldiers and Sailors Relief Fund as well as the UW-Superior VNSC.

Jon Pardi is coming to Wessman Arena in Superior on Thursday, September 7.  While it's a great back-to-school party for the students, everyone is welcome for what should be a fun night with a very talented artist. Tickets are on sale Monday, July 10, but you can win them first with B105 and you'll have the chance to go backstage to meet Jon Pardi.

Veterans across the Northland, as well as their families, are invited to attend the fourth annual free Veterans Expo at UWS on Tuesday, April 25.

This Saturday, March 4, all fans of anime and gaming should make their way to Yellowjacket Union, on the campus of the University of Wisconsin-Superior.
