It's a unique experience and one that your entire family will enjoy. A Day Out with Thomas!  The North Shore Scenic Railroad hosts the event for two weekends and includes community non-profits as volunteers giving them the opportunity to raise funds for their organization.

Here is an unique, unconventional way for you and your non-profit group to raise some $$$ while having a great time creating camaraderie.   My Denfeld Cheer Team and I did this last summer and had a blast!

The tourists LOVE our North Shore Scenic Railroad.  I wish that more locals would take time out of their busy lives to experience and enjoy the gem we have here in downtown Duluth.  How lucky is our city to have "dining on the rails".  Whether it's elegant, or pizza with the family.  It's still a unique offering you don't have to travel miles to appreciate.

Today I was really craving Pasta Fagiola from Olive Garden.  I know, it's strange, but that's what I wanted.  I asked Cathy if she wanted to go out for lunch and she couldn't decide.  She told me to go by myself.  Going out to eat by yourself?  Here's the 8 things you can't do by yourself without feeling awkward in the Twin Ports.
