Hunter is our animal allies Pet of The Week. Daryl introduced us to this active dog who's looking for someone to run with. Hunter is a year and a half old and has been neutered, vaccinated, and micro-chipped and is looking for a forever home
Whose poop is that?!!! I hear that from my neighbor all the time. Obviously, it's dog poop. Condo and apartment owners have to hire someone to pick up dog droppings all the time because of lazy tenants. It's costing them money and of course, the tenants all say, it's not their dog. A new service will help them track down the poopetrator!!
A pet food recall being done "in an abundance of caution" by Evanger’s Food For Dogs & Cats, includes dog food that was sold in both Minnesota and Wisconsin.
I hate to exercise, but I'll do it if I have a personal trainer. I've done it before, trimmed off some weight and buffed up. I am terrible at keeping myself healthy. I had a trainer one time that gave me a diet to stick to and a program to be on.
Animal Allies will have cats and dogs road trippin' to Miller Hill Subaru for adoption this Saturday 10a-5p and Sunday from 11am-2pm. This event highlights discounted dog and cat adoptions. It's definitely not too early to get your Holiday Pet Photos for your holiday cards and you can do it here, plus there's free micro-chipping with a donation to the Animal Allies wish list.
When I go to fairs and festivals I look for usual things to purchase (and something yummy to eat). You know, stuff I can't get in a department store. We went to the Bayfield Apple Festival and I was on the search for my treasured purchase. I found it, love it and it leaves my husband shaking his head.
I'm not totally frugal about everything, but for some reason I felt the need to start saving the dog toy monkeys that Bauer the Schnauzer has chewed holes in. After 8 monkeys, a hedge hog and the worm started taking up too much space in the craft room, I decided it was time to open the sewing kit and repair. Oh, one thing, I can't sew.
