The City of Duluth took action on the encampment that popped up at City Hall about 3 months ago.

It's just another sign that things are getting back to normal.

For the general public you will not be able to gain access to a certain government building due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.

A black bear was discovered Wednesday morning, napping high up in a tree in front of the Duluth City Hall near the intersection of 4th Avenue West and 1st Street.
