Superior PD Advises Public on Parking Issues At Wisconsin Point

The City of Superior is doing a lot of work on Wisconsin Point, and it is coming along nicely. However, during the project there is limited parking. We went out on Saturday evening and I couldn't believe the amount of people that were out there. There was not adequate enough parking, and the police department is addressing this with the public.

Unfortunately I think this is going to leave some problems with some folks, because if last weekend was any indication, there was barely any parking available. We didnt' know it was illegal, so we parked on the side of the road and so did about 100 other people. We were shocked at how busy Wisconsin Point was, but it was great to see people out enjoying it.
