Spirit Mountain Hosting 48th Annual Ski Swap This Weekend

Ski season will be here before we know it and starting this Friday, Spirit Mountain will be the place for the entire family to gear up.

Friday, October 25 through Sunday, October 27, Spirit Mountain will be hosting their 48th Annual Ski Swap, the largest and longest running swap in the Northland.

Over the weekend, you'll be able to update your ski or snowboard equipment, outfit your kids or sell your unused skis, pole, snowboards, boots, helmets and clothing.  It's also a convenient time to purchase your Spirit Mountain season pass while getting a great deal on new or used equipment.

The Spirit Mountain Ski Swap will take place inside their Grand Avenue Chalet and is run by volunteers as a fundraiser for Duluth.  It will be open during the following hours:

• Friday, October 25 from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Saturday, October 26 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• Sunday, October 27 from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

The event is free to attend, but there is a $2 registration fee per item to sell.  Spirit Mountain is located at 8551 Grand Avenue in Duluth.
