REVIEW: Lee Brice At DECC Symphony Hall
Do you ever experience post-concert sadness? It's basically what it sounds like. You go to a concert so great that you are so sad when it's over.
I have many times over and that was the case on Thursday (March 27th) after Lee Brice's show at DECC Symphony Hall.
I feel like we have been talking about this show forever and it snuck up on us quick! It was announced last September.
I have seen the country star a bunch of times over the past few years and so I thought I would give my honest review of the show.

Lee Brice Show Review
I saw Lee Brice last summer at Grand Casino Hinckley and it was a high-energy show that was amazing start to finish. However, I absolutely loved the acoustic show just as much, which surprised me.

I loved hearing the stories behind the songs and getting to see his personality shine through more than if he just did his ordinary show. You also get to hear the songs in a different fashion, which is rare.
I also loved some of the fun creative liberties he took at the show. He started on a chair in the front of the stage watching a video montage set to his song the tour was named after: You, Me And My Guitar.

He ended the show with the same song, which was a fun full-circle moment. He also played a mandolin (I think) to a song his young daughter pre-recorded as it played out on the screen. I thought this was a standout moment.
Overall, I loved the show. It's easy to forget just how many hits he has and how good his voice is because he's been around for so long. I definitely think more country stars should take a note from him!
