Pedestrian Hit By Car Caught On Video- Bounces Off Windshield and Walks Away [VIDEO]

I guess this goes to show that Russians are a little tougher than Americans when it comes to getting hit by cars.  This happend a few days ago, and is now on youtube.  Apparantley, a car with a dash cam was trying to avoid police when it ran into this pedestrian.  He bounced off the windshield, brushed himself off, and walked away.  Seriously?  If this happened here, I can't imagine how many ambulance chasing lawyers would have showed up!
