No Snow In Sight But Chilly Days Will Linger For Duluth
I think it is safe to say that spring is here and winter is officially behind us. However, I say that with a lot of caution considering we saw snow across the Northland just this month. You just never know.
However, now with May upon us, we have a clearer look at the days ahead courtesy of the National Weather Service of Duluth.

The National Weather Service of Duluth shared an outlook on social media Monday (April 27th) for the beginning to middle of May, which usually throws just about everything at us - snow, rain and more.
Their outlook is for the beginning of May to mid-month and some locals aren't going to be too happy about it. The good news: there isn't any snow in the forecast but it might not be as warm as you want.

I guess we have to wait a little bit longer until we get to summer! This is especially important for gardeners, as this could impact your plants in a big way. Get prepared ahead of time and keep your eye on the forecast.
The Duluth area will reach the upper 50s and possibly the low 60s over the next week and into the weekend but we won't get as warm as you probably want or hope for. We will get there eventually.

After this incredibly long winter, I am just fine with this forecast. Why? Because I know after living in the Northland for so many years that it could always be worse. It doesn't have to be warm to soak up the sun!
