Minnesota Twins Offering $5 ‘Summer Fun’ Ticket Deal at Target Field
The Minnesota Twins are offering tickets for as low as $5 to the Twins’ final 58 home games. The team may be struggling right now, but Target Field is still a fantastic experience and this provides an affordable way to enjoy professional baseball.
The $5 Summer Fun Ticket Deal is only available for a limited time. Fans looking to take advantage of the deal must purchase tickets by 10:00 p.m. CT on Monday, May 24. Also, fans who purchase tickets prior to midnight at Thursday, May 20 will not pay any fees on any tickets, regardless of price point.
All Twins tickets can be purchased at TwinsBaseball.com or through the MLB Ballpark App.
“With the weather warming up and restrictions winding down, we’re happy to begin turning the page on this past year by providing Twins fans with an accessible, fun way to spend their summer days and evenings together at Target Field,” said club President & CEO Dave St. Peter.
The Twins reiterated that capacity limits at Target Field are increasing. For the Twins’ six remaining scheduled home games in May, Target Field will operate at up to 60 percent capacity; for the club’s 12 home contests in June, there will be up to 80 percent capacity; lastly, beginning on July 5, Target Field will have full, 100 percent capacity for the Twins’ final 40 regular season home games of 2021.
Also, fans should know that all guests at Target Field are strongly encouraged, but not required, to wear face coverings while in the ballpark’s outdoor spaces, except when actively eating or drinking. Per current City of Minneapolis ordinance, face coverings remain mandated while in the ballpark’s indoor dining, bar and retail areas, unless actively eating or drinking.
These policies and capacity limits are subject to change based on guidance and policies provided by health officials.
