
Minnesotans Have One Of The Least-Stressful Commutes
Minnesotans might not agree with this but it's a reason to celebrate for sure! Apparently, we have one of the least-stressful commutes in the country.
One of the best parts of living in Duluth is that you get a big city feel without the big city cons, like major traffic every single day of the week.

Road construction obviously plays a part and so this isn't the case one-hundred percent of the time but most of the time, commutes are easy - at least for me.
Now, we have a list of the ten states with the least-stressful commutes. We will take any small win when we can, right?
'Compare The Market' Reveals Ten States With Easy Commutes
Again, some Minnesotans will definitely have something to say about this. The website looked at things like how short travel times are, reliance on public transportation and how much of the population working remotely to craft this list.

It makes sense that New York has the most stressful commute. I went there on my honeymoon and I didn't even get in an Uber. It is just not worth it to go one mile every ten minutes!
Minnesota Has One Of The Least-Stressful Commutes
Minnesota came in at number four on this list! According to this list, Minnesotans have an average commute time of about twenty-four minutes. Only about two-percent of the workforce uses public transportation.

What really helped us score a place in the top ten? The latter! Compare The Market says this about why Minnesota did so well:
Minnesota combines calm travel with flexible working arrangements, boasting 15.8% of workers operating remotely.
With more people working remotely, that definitely cuts down on traffic. People get very heated when it comes to driving in Minnesota so I am sure people will have something to say about this!
Wisconsin also did pretty well, coming in at number eleven on the list. Next time you think your commute is stressful, just know it could be worse!
