The Jucy Lucy (Yes Spelled Without An I)

Matt's Bar started as a burger joint in 1954, over 70 years ago! According to the history on their website, owner Matt Bristol created the Jucy Lucy. It was created when a customer asked for two burgers with a slice of cheese in between them. When he bit into it, he said, "Wow! That's one Juicy Lucy!"
