Is That A Space Dragon On SpaceX Launch Video?

It took me a while to identify what they are talking about in this video, but now I can't get it out of my head. SpaceX always live streams its rocket launches and even shows video of the boosters returning to land. There's something in this video that looks like a dragon!

The Daily Star reported on this phenomenon, where a YouTuber saw a flying high altitude winged object from one of the rocket videos. It's grainy of course, but you can see that their is some wing moving like action from the object. What else could it be? Space debris possibly? Something that came off the rocket? Or could it be... Space Dragon!?
