Dirty Target: This MN Sports Venue is the Dirtiest in the League
Welp, it's great to be Number One. Usually. Unless it's simply inverting being dead last. Ope.
When it comes to cleanliness, Target Center is apparently the furthest from godliness.
Target Center - home of the Timberwolves and Lynx - the Dirtiest Sports Venue of Them All
Analyzing data from online reviews of venues (cuz nothin' says 'TRUTH' like the internet), the...analysts?...crunched the numbers while their shoes stuck to the floor to rank cleanliness among NBA venues.
The cleanest of them all? Spectrum Center, home of the Charlotte Hornets. To be fair, when your team finishes the season 21-61 and dozens of games out of the playoffs, nobody's coming to the games. The Hornets finished second-to-last in fan attendance for this past season.
The dirtiest, dingiest, grossest of them all? Our very own Target Center, home of the Timberwolves and 4-time WNBA Champion Lynx. The Timberwolves were right in the middle (18th) for fan attendance in 2023-2024.
So whether you're attending a concert or a game at Target Center, just now that you're also giving your immune system a workout. Multi-tasking, baby!
