It's a tradition for lots of people in the Twin Ports:  Lion's Club Pancake Day!  They started serving their first pancakes at 6 am this morning, and it goes to 8 pm tonight at the DECC.  It costs $7 at the door, and kids under 4 eat free!  Also, there is free parking at the Decc.

A large amount of the proceeds goes right back to our local community.  Last year, over $50,000 went to programs and charities in the Duluth / Superior area.

This year they also will be accepting credit/debit cards for payment.  This includes VISA, Mastercard, and Discover.  Also new this year is there are gluten free pancakes available.  There also will be a vision screening available at the DECC, which is new this year.

The goal set for this year is to serve 10,000 people and raise over $80,000! If you would like to attend, keep in mind the busiest hour is from 6-7pm, and the slowest hour is 3-4pm.
