While we enjoy pancakes, the Lion's Club works hard to raise money for the sight impaired, hearing impaired, youth programs, diabetes programs and so many other non-profit organizations.  Here's some interesting "pancake day facts"....

Here are some interesting Pancake Day stats from last year:

2,580 lbs of pancake flour,  700 gallons of coffee

Busiest Hour: 5-6pm 1577 served, 1,440 lbs of sausage

4875 4oz Orange Juice, 336 lbs of butter

5,100 containers of milk, 50 cases of syrup

1,020 lbs of blueberry filling, 960 lbs strawberry filling

12,500 plates 12 cases of water
