Ice House Cribs Contest with $200 Prize

Do you think you have the most unique ice fishing shanty in the Northland? Why not set out to prove it! B105 is holding the first ever Ice House Cribs contest, based on the show CMT Cribs.

Tell us why your fish house is the best in the Northland - whether it be design, decorations, how it helps you catch more fish, or anything else that makes your "home away from home on the ice" special.

We will take submissions now through Thursday, February 2 right here on our website. From all of the submissions, the B105 staff will pick the best submissions to give the "Ice House Cribs" treatment, visiting each fish house the weekend of February 4 with a video camera to capture what makes your ice house special. We do ask that your fish house be somewhere within an hour's drive of Duluth the weekend of video shooting (February 4) to make sure we can visit all five places that weekend.

We'll put the videos up here on the B105 website and everyone will be able to vote for the best fish house February 6 - February 9. The big winner will not only get bragging rights, but also a two-night stay at Barkers Island Inn, worth $200!
