The Hermantown Hawk express continued its domination in the Minnesota boys state hockey tournament on Friday, with the next stop the Class A championship game on Saturday.

No. 1 seed Hermantown raced to a 7-1 semifinal victory against No. 4 seed St. Paul Academy on Friday, scoring 3 goals in both the first and second periods.

As most predicted, the Hawks will face No. 2 seeded Breck at noon on Saturday for the championship. They will be looking to avenge a 2-1 loss to Breck in the 2010 title game.
