There's a recall out for some ground beef that may have been in local stores. The recall is for 132,000 pounds of ground beef from Cargill. The voluntary recall includes beef that has been sold at Target and Sam's Club stores nationwide and also ALDI stores in Minnesota and Wisconsin.

According to KSTP 5, the reason for the recall is due to a possible contamination of E. Coli bacteria. According to the USDA, if anyone has contracted the virus it will take 2-8 days for symptoms to appear which would include diarrhea and vomiting.

The ground beef would have been packaged on June 21st, 2018 and would have the establishment number EST. 86R inside the inspection mark.
