McCain Foods USA Inc is recalling 38,800 cases of Ore-Ida and Sysco Imperial Tater Tots, which could contain hard plastic fragments. The clear, hard plastic fragments could be a choking hazard.
Ore-Ida Tater Tots & Sysco Imperial Potato Tater Barrel
The tater tots recalled include Ore-Ida Tater Tots shaped potatoes with the UPC Code 1 00 72714 00215 8 and Sysco Imperial Potato Tater Barrel with the UPC code 1 07 34730 62740 0.

The teter tots were distributed in Arkansas, Arizona, California, Florida, Hawaii, Iowa, Idaho, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, Nevada, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Washington, and Wisconsin.
Fortunately, there haven't been any injuries reported yet. The cause of the contamination is still under investigation.
