Glensheen Is Featuring A New Scavenger Hunt

Glensheen Mansion in Duluth is a popular area attraction that always seems to have some sort of event going on.  Of course there are the normal tours, but they like to add in live music options, and also educational events.  The additional events and features always make it a much more enjoyable time for the whole family, as there is something for everyone.

Glensheen has announced a new scavenger hunt to add to their mansion tour.  It's called "Find the Sharks".  They will be hiding 16 throughout the tour for you to find, and at the end of the tour you get to pick out a souvenir shark tooth to take home with you.  The enhanced tour including the hunt doesn't cost any more than a normal general admission or full mansion tour ticket.  This is a great way to tour the place and add some fun for the kids while they are there.

The new scavenger hunt is in line with their new family friendly community space on the Lake Superior Shoreline called, Shark on the Lake.  They will even have ice cream available to enjoy in that new outdoor space.

The Shark Scavenger Hunt is taking place all day on Friday, August 28th.  Doors open at 9:00AM-5:00PM for their self-guided tours.  Glensheen is located at 3300 London Road and you can purchase your tickets in advance and get more information on their pricing HERE.
