Fairlawn Mansion will darken the home and conduct 30-minute tours with flashlights.

It's called the "Ghosts of Fairlawn" because there are rumors it is haunted by spirits, and they will reveal some little known bizarre Victorian home traditions.

Fairlawn mansion has been many things in the life of the museum. It was built to Martin Pattison, his wife Grace and their 6 children in 1891. Nowadays that would be about $3 million dollars. It was a home, then a children's home and then a place for the less fortunate. Then became a museum.

The flashlight tour is put on every year by the employees. It's called the Superstition Tours: Ghosts of Fairlawn. The tour will be on Friday, March 13th from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm. The cost is  $10.00 for adults, $8.50 for seniors/college students, and $5.00 for students.

Fairlawn Mansion does not recommend the tour for children 5 and under. Please bring your own flashlight. For more information, please call 715-394-5712.
