Parts of Douglas, Pine, and Carlton county received heavy rainfall Monday night causing rivers and creeks to overrun.  The National Weather Service issued a flash flood warning for those counties because the radar estimates indicated 4-6 inches of rain fell  in a short period of time.

I know our basement flooded and I spent a good 2 hours cleaning up yesterday afternoon.  One particularly flooded area was the Nemadji River in superior.  Thanks to my friend Tyler for snapping these pictures.
