Duluth Police Need Your Help Locating A 31 Year Old Female

The Duluth Police Department is looking for a female Property Crimes Person of the Week this time, do you have any information to share.  It’s a good feeling to know that you may have helped the police apprehend a suspect. For some time now, the Duluth Police Department has been sharing information about the “Property Crimes Person of the Week”, we share it with you and have found that it has helped locate the individual and in many cases has lead to an arrest. Can you help this week?

They are trying to locate 31 year old Heather Anne Schafer.  She stands 5'6" tall and weighs 145 pounds.  Her eyes are blue and has blonde/auburn hair.

They are looking for Heather Schafer because she has a felony warrant for her arrest for violation of probation stemming from financial transaction card fraud and controlled substance cases. She has additional warrants for her arrest for failure to appear on a controlled substance case in Saint Louis County and a theft case in Ramsey County.
