Ok, if you were listening to Ken and I on air Friday you will have heard us talk about the fact that the robbery suspect did not wear a purple and pink outfit on the day of the robbery. Ken explained that this is taken with a special camera that changed the color of his clothes. The actual color of clothing he was wearing is listed below and the Duluth Police Department is asking for your help in identifying this man.
The robbery happened at a West Duluth business on Sunday, January 29, 2017 just after 10am in the area of 4600 block of Grand Avenue. According to the DPD press release this was an armed robbery because there was a report of a firearm displayed. They were able to get surveillance photos and the suspect is described as a light skin African American or Native American male, medium build weighing approximately 180 lbs. and has a tattoo on his neck.
He was wearing a red hooded sweatshirt under dark colored clothing. The pants he was wearing had a light colored square or pocket on the side.
