Dairy Queen’s ‘Miracle Treat Day’ Set For August 2nd
Who doesn't love a Dairy Queen Blizzard from time to time? Now you can enjoy one for a good cause.
On Thursday, August 2nd, you can take part in the fast food restaurant's annual tradition: Miracle Treat Day.
Stop by any participating Dairy Queen location and purchase a Blizzard. One dollar from every one of these purchases will be donated to local Children's Miracle Network Hospitals.
The chain has done this for several years and to date has raised more than $135 million dollars. The money is used for treatments and other healthcare services, along with medical equipment funding and charitable care. The overall goal is to help sick kids get back to being kids.
There are several Dairy Queen locations across the Northland.
By the way - there are a ton of different flavors to choose from. They have everything from s'mores to cotton candy to salted caramel truffle.
Mark your calendar and head to your nearest Dairy Queen. You can enjoy your ice cream treat guilt-free and know that you are doing good.
