A new list just dropped naming the most caring places in the country. Thankfully, they did not make a list of the least caring cities. Ope!

Just last month, Minnesota was named one of the most charitable states in the country. In fact, it was named the fourth most charitable state, which is pretty great.

Now, Minnesota is represented once again in just as great of a way, with one Minnesota city being named one of the most caring in the country!

WalletHub Lists The Most Caring Cities In America For 2026

WalletHub released this list on Monday (December 8th) and I can't lie - it was exactly what I needed on a cold morning. How did they craft their list? They looked at things like how many people do things for their neighbors and how much is donated to charity based on income.

WalletHub analysts also looked at how much time is spent volunteering, the child poverty rate and how many residents work in community and social services per capita. They also looked at a few other factors as well. Let's see who is the most caring, shall we?

Minnesota City Makes The Top Ten For Most Caring Cities For 2026

Minnesota did great, with St. Paul cracking the top ten! St. Paul was named the ninth most caring city in the country for 2026. St. Paul also made the top five when it comes to the population of the city doing the most for their neighbors.

Minneapolis can be found way further down the list at number 34. The entire list is made up of 100 cities so I guess that isn't too shabby, either! How awesome. What list will we pop up on next?
