Country Music has been enjoying a surge of popularity in recent years, with a lot of emphasis on the nostalgic acts of the 1980s and 1990s that are the next generation of legends in the genre.

One of the biggest names from that era of music just announced a brand new show, coming to Duluth in the Spring of 2026!

The DECC announced that Clint Black will be coming to Duluth's DECC Symphony Hall in April, bringing his "Back on the Blacktop Tour" to the Northland.

Clint Black has an extensive roster of hits that include songs like his platinum-certified "Killin' Time", chart-topping "When My Ship Comes In", "Good Run of Bad Luck", and "Nothin' but the Taillights", and gold-certified duet "When I Said I Do" with his wife, Lisa Hartman Black.

His career has seen numerous accolades, like nearly two dozen gold and platinum awards, a GRAMMY, and several CMA, ACM, and American Music Awards.

Clint's recent trips to the Northland include a 2019 show for Bowfest, 2021 concert at Black Bear Casino, and a headlining gig on the Friday night of the 2025 Concert in the Corn in Mason, Wisconsin.
