“The Ball is a fun occasion for the community to enjoy an evening of great food and entertainment to benefit an organization that changes the lives of children right here in our own community,” said Carla Charlton, director of resource development for the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Northland. “Annually we raise the funds to ensure our Branches are well supported.”
The social and silent auction begins at 5:30 p.m. in Greysolon’s Moorish Room, followed by dinner, a program and a live auction at 8:00 p.m. in the Ballroom. Guests may bid on a variety of auction items, including hotel and getaway packages to various vacation locations such as Hawaii, Montana, Las Vegas, Nevada and Ontario, Canada.
The annual event is the organization’s largest fundraiser of the year that supports five branches* The organization hopes to raise over $114,000 and build community awareness about its mission and the needs of the youth.
