Sad news: another nationwide business is closing for good. This isn't too surprising, as it's been happening pretty often lately.

Just last month, it was announced that American Freight was closing all of their locations, leading to liquidation sales in all of their stores in Minnesota and Wisconsin.

Now, there's another business closing every single one of their locations, including those in our neck of the woods.

This news comes just a few months after announcing they were going to close around forty stores across the country. Goodbye, Big Lots.

At the time of that initial announcement in August, the closures included one Minnesota location in Albert Lea and several across Wisconsin. Now, each and every location is closing, even the ones spared the first time.

On Thursday (December 19th), the business shared that now they would be closing all of their locations. They will be planning massive 'going out of business' sales for the very near future.

As of now, there is only one remaining Minnesota location. That is in Blaine, a few hour drive from Duluth. There are four remaining locations in Wisconsin.

Those are located in Green Bay, Janesville, Milwaukee and Stevens Point. As of now, we don't know exactly when these stores are going to close but keep an eye out.

It looks like there will be some great discounts. Big Lots sells just about everything from home necessities, decor and furniture.
