Minnesotan Cast On New Season Of ‘The Bachelor’

I am definitely tuning in this season and I know who I am rooting for! A Minnesotan has been cast on the new season of The Bachelor, which premieres on ABC next month. What a fun way to start the new year.

ABC dropped the cast list on Wednesday (December 20th), along with photos of each contestant and a little bit of information. One contestant stuck out above all the rest: a woman from Becker, which is a small town near St. Cloud.

This time around, there are thirty-two contestants, which means our Minnesotan has some stiff competition. The lead this season is Joey Graziadei, who was a finalist on Charity Lawson's season of The Bachelorette.

Here's what we know about her so far: she is twenty-five years old, goes by Daisy and is an account executive. She is the only woman from Minnesota on the list. There are no contestants from Wisconsin this time around!

The new season premieres on Monday, January 22nd so we have about a month to wait it out and see how these love stories unfold. We already know that it will be juicy, dramatic and mindless entertainment. What more could we ask for?

Another fun Minnesota connection to The Bachelor franchise? The latest spinoff, The Golden Bachelor, ended up being a huge hit when it premiered just a few months ago featuring an older lead and older ladies.

A Minneapolis native made it into the top two and that meant they filmed part of the last few episodes in the state. Sadly, she didn't get that final rose but maybe she will be the lead of The Golden Bachelorette. This hasn't been confirmed but I am putting it out there!
