As the 8Th Of November Approaches, Country Throwback Remembers the Song by Big & Rich [VIDEO]

With Veteran's Day approaching, and the 8th of November falling on Sunday, it's the perfect week for my Country Throwback to remember the Big & Rich tune of the same name.

This song was released in 2006 and although it wasn't a big hit, that hardly matters as it tells a true story involving the Vietnam War.  I could go into more detail, but the video below features the great Kris Kristofferson telling us all about it.
