I don't believe everything I hear.  When it came to Y2K, I didn't get caught up in the hype.  Sure I was a little curious, but I didn't prepare for the next stone age.  I think the Global Warming scare is much the same.  According to these scientists, temperatures haven't risen in the last 10 years...

These scientists should really move their think tank meetings earlier in the week, or on the weekend so we could get this depressing news on a Monday.  Really, on a Wednesday you're going to tell us this?  The day before my vacation you're telling me we are one step closer to the end of the world...

Rick Perry continues to appeal to the masses.  Everyone has the right to their opinion, but the more he says things like this the more he hurts his chances to be a serious candidate in the long run.  Whoever wins the Republican bid will still need to appeal to the fringe and moderates within their own party to win the  presidency.
