We've experienced something at our house that we've never experienced before. Agressive Robins. They stand out on the window sill and peck at the glass trying to get in. I've never experienced anything like it.
Warning: our obsession with baby animals is unstoppable. Can you honestly blame us, though? We're already suckers for anything fuzzy and adorable, but when it comes in a tiny version, we're just sucked in automatically. Remember miniature puppies or itty bitty kittens? Our point exactly.
I have been to Hawk's Ridge in Duluth, but have never witnessed the hawk's migration. I have heard that it is amazing. If you are a bird enthusiast/watcher or nature lover, this is one event that you should attend. We are lucky that this phenomenon happens in our backyard!
