Superior Offering Residents Free Landfill Days October 10 and 17

This Saturday, and again on October 17th, Superior residents can take advantage of free landfill days. It's the perfect opportunity to get rid of trash, leaves, tires, and a lot of those other things that tend to build up over time.

The hours each Saturday are 8:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m, and this is for Superior residents only. The landfill is located on Moccasin Mike Road 1.5 miles east of Hwy 53.

Items Accepted:

Household Trash: FREE (Regular fee: $10.00 minimum, $53.00/ton)
Brush: FREE (Regular fee: $5.00/pickup, $10.00/pickup + trailer)
Tires: 5 FREE per residence, 18” or smaller (Regular fees: $3.00/off rim, $4.00/on rim)
Grass clippings, leaves, used motor oil: FREE year-round
NOTE: Regular fees apply for mattresses and box springs – Fees are $10.00 each if completely dry and fairly clean and $13.00 each if damp, wet, or heavily soiled.
