Carrie says a good walk or light run is good. Reward yourself, you have been letting off the foods you love just to race, well, let your taste buds celebrate and your tummy too. Don't go overboard, but enjoy the foods you love before you go all into training again. A little water never hurt anyone either. Your body will need the water for your muscles.
