SafeWise releases this list every year, and even compares the top ten list from year to year so you can see which spots moved into the top ten, which had a nice bump on the list and which are moving downward.

This list took both violent crime and property crime into heavy account, both of which are slightly under the national average in the state.

In fact, Wisconsin has one of the lowest property crime rates in the country - the sixth lowest to be exact. Wisconsinites aren't all too worried about it. In fact, they are most afraid of cybercrime, which makes sense in today's day and age.

So how did these top cities stack up? It should be noted that 111 cities were eligible to make this list, and there were no murders reported in any of the cities that made the top ten, which probably goes without saying.

In fact, there were only five robberies collectively last year between these ten cities. That is really impressive. Several places on the list also had no stolen vehicles, which is also pretty impressive since that is common in many spots.
