The evening starts with a social hour with hor d'oeuvres, a cash bar, and a silent auction. At 6:30, the event officially begins with the Opening Ceremony and posting of colors and national anthem. Dinner is served at 7pm, and it's followed by a formal program.

23rd Veteran's mission is to help veterans, first responders, and public safety personnel create happier, healthier lives for veterans living with trauma. They do this through the 23V RECON program.

23V RECON Program

The 23V RECON is a 14-week reconditioning program for veterans living with trauma. It's recently been expanded to accept first responders who are living with trauma as well.

It begins with an outdoor wellness adventure. The team goes through survival, challenge, and builds trust within the team. After the outdoor wellness adventure, the journey continues for 13 weeks with training the brain and body to experience emotions in a healthy way.

Participants meet together 3 times a week to exercise, and then follow the exercise with meaningful discussions to build resilience, strengthen well-being, and create lasting habits for happiness.

Hear From 23 RECON Graduates

The program at the Winter Gala will showcase testimonies from their 23V RECON graduates and their families. They'll share their life-changing journeys toward a purposeful life filled with hope and happiness.
