What Planet Is This? Mystery Light Appears In The Sky Above Duluth’s Red Lobster

I had to chuckle a little at this video.  If I knew more about stars, perhaps I would be concerned what this light in the sky is.  The guy claims that it isn't Venus, and he does have a point that it is the only thing besides the moon visible on this cloudy night.  What do you think?
