What Makes Heroin So Deadly, & Why is it Being Used More? [VIDEO]

This is a great documentary done by the New York Times.  They look into why more and more addicts are using heroin, and why it's so dangerous.  It is such a sad thing to see, and in the last few days there have been at least a half a dozen heroin overdoses in the Northland. 

Duluth Police Chief Gordon Ramsay sent a warning out to users about the overdoses.
