The temperatures my not be quite warm enough for a beach day, but if you are planning on hitting the water do not go near the Beach House at the end of Park Point.

Our partners at The Northland's NewsCenter are reporting that for the second time this summer, the MN Health Department is recommending beach goers stay out of the water at the main beach along Park Point in Duluth.

Due to elevated levels of E. coli bacteria, water contact is not recommended at the Beach House which is located on the lakeside of Park Point in Duluth.

Water contact is also not recommended at the Agate Bay Beach in Two Harbors.
