Volunteer Spots Still Open For 2025 Grandma’s Marathon

One of the very best weekends in Duluth is almost here! Grandma's Marathon is just a few weeks away.

It is a week I always look forward to. I love running the half but I also just love seeing people come here from all over and the excitement that you can feel in the air.

If you aren't running any races and want to be a part of the iconic weekend, you should consider being a volunteer! You can even volunteer if you are racing.

There are still a bunch of volunteer positions open for the big weekend and they will put you right in the middle of the action.

Volunteers Needed For 2025 Grandma's Marathon Weekend

There are a bunch of options for volunteer positions throughout the weekend! Positions include course marshals, security, water stations and cleanup crew to get things ready for the next race and next event in Duluth.

You can see a full list of positions on the Grandma's Marathon volunteer page. The time slots and positions are available. Volunteers are one of my favorite part of the weekend races because they are always smiling and encouraging!

Volunteers Get Perks For Volunteering At 2025 Races

There are many perks for those wanting to volunteer! Volunteers get a t-shirt to rock, two drink tickets to be used at Bayfront Festival Park on half and full race day and a pair of Fitsoks - my favorite!

Volunteers also get an invite to the Volunteer Appreciation Party, which is held one week after the race. You also get coupons to local businesses and the chance to be part of one of the best weekends in Duluth!
