Did you know that people across the country pay different prices for their fast food? It seems a little unfair to me, but that's the way it is. Business Insider just put together a bunch of interesting research on different fast-food franchises. That's when I saw my kids' favorite fast food place on the list for being so expensive in Minnesota.

Customers pay a 5.96% price premium for Subway in Minnesota

According to Netcredit, Minnesotans pay 5.96% more for subway than the national average. This puts Minnesota in the top 10 for most expensive price premiums for Subway.

How did they calculate the results?

Netcredit adds up all the extra fees, costs, and tips that are on top of your order to come up with the list. For the list, they analyzed data from Grubhub and then focused on popular items for each of the food chains. For Subway, they focused on B.L.T, Meatball Marinara, and Tuna.
