Many people were excited to have Pope Francis in the United States. There was a lot of preparation before he arrived and fanfare when he did. I understood that, but some of the souvenirs of the Pope's visit has me scratchin' my noodle.
For some reason, the Wausau school district has taken issue with the amount of religious or "sacred" songs performed by the school's choirs. The high school choir director was told he could perform only one sacred song for every five secular songs performed, or eliminate all Christmas music.
